ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Melissa
I'm a Thermomix® Consultant and Team Leader based in Western Sydney, working with customers across the local area — and online, wherever you happen to be.
But I'm not just the person who shows up, demonstrates a TM7 and hands it over. I want to be the person who helps you actually learn it, use it, enjoy it, and get more out of it than you expected.
Cooking, simplifying everyday life, sharing recipes and ideas, bringing people together through classes and events, and helping people discover things they didn't realise their Thermomix® could do — that's what I'm genuinely passionate about.
Why I became a Thermomix® Consultant
My interest in Thermomix® was never really about the appliance. It's about what it changes — the time it gives back, the confidence it builds in a kitchen, the way it changes how people approach cooking altogether.
I still love that moment when someone realises their Thermomix® can do something they had no idea about. Honestly, that's one of my favourite parts of this job.
So when I became a Consultant, it wasn't because I was chasing a business opportunity — it was because I'd found something I genuinely loved, and I wanted to share that with other people. That's grown into something bigger than I expected, including building Nepean Mixers, where I now get to support other Consultants building their own version of this too.

Nepean Mixers
I'm a Team Leader, and Nepean Mixers is the team I lead — a group of Thermomix® Consultants (and their customers) connected through cooking, learning and community. It's more than just a team name.
My approach to leading a team is about support and development, not just recruiting people and leaving them to figure it out — training, onboarding, coaching, regular team meetings and Zoom catch-ups, practical how-to support, and celebrating the wins along the way.
